K3 is a third-generation, three-fluted, endodontic asymmetric file system.
It is designed for fast, efficient, and safe cutting.
In most canal files, the distance between cutting edges remains the same along the length of the file.
However, the K3 file has different distances between cutting edges, allowing for the effective removal of debris along the canal.
During instrumentation, blade fractures or twisting may occur.
To address this, SybronEndo has added reinforcements behind the K3 file's cutting edges, which is the most effective method for preventing the aforementioned issues.
